The following were important to customers (nationally) when selecting a dealership for a new or leased vehicle.* HOW The majority of visitors (59 percent) to the 2012 North American International Auto Show, excluding auto industry employees and retirees, planned to purchase or lease a new vehicle within 12 months of shopping at the show. Other considerations included the size and spaciousness of an exhibit, interactive displays, and selection of vehicles.
