TM MoneySupermarket com PRESENTS 50 Years of the Porsche 911 Launched as a replacement to the Porsche 356 at the Frankfurt Motor show in 1963, the Porsche 911 has become one of the most iconic sports cars of all time. In 2013 it will celebrate its 50th Anniversary. There have been six different versions of the 911 over the years. This has helped ensure that it is as relevant and popular now as it was back in 1963, despite the fact that we live in a very different motoring world, with sky high fuel prices and car insurance premiums. MoneySupermarket is marking the occasion with this infographic revealing how Porsche's flagship model has changed over the years and highlighting its many accomplishments.
