Yapsody ( YEAR IN REVIEW A look back on how things shook out for us in 2015 WHAT HAPPENED IN 2015 If we say 2015 was a great year for us at Yapsody and for our presenters out there, it would be nothing but a gigantic understatement. The entire year, our team had its head down, working its way to achieving goal after goal, and now that we're looking back on what has been done, the numbers only leave us awestruck. Let's have a look at the achievements we're packing off in our pretty little boxes as New Year gifts. RESERVED SEATING MASS LAUNCH We've finally released one of Yapsody's dearest features, Reserved Seating, on a mass scale. We introduced the feature with a 50% rebate offer, and the overwhelming response from our presenters and customers has only inspired us to keep the offer going. Reserved Seating, for us, is like a little kid that keeps finding new ways to amaze the onlookers as it grows up. SO, WHAT'S HAPPENING? MORE IS HAPPENING 119% That's right. Compared to 2014, our Sign ups have increased by a big 119% and we're sure your love for us has increased by a way greater percentage. We MORE SIGN UPS hope that by the end of the next year, the percentage is even higher, and your love is boundless. 186% Even with a 186% more Events as compared to the last year, we're never going to complain about our MORE hands being too full. Because, for us, the only thing EVENTS better than events is more events, and there's no way we can have enough of those! Yeah 197%, that's the percentage by which our Ticket Sales have increased against the previous 197% MORE year. At Yapsody, we've tried (and still are trying) to SALES make the platform more user friendly and still give it a professional edge. Turns out that's really working for our presenters and us! APP-ARENTLY, WE SURE HAVE PROGRESSED A 158% YAPSCAN psody A 129% YAPSTATS Yapsody A 77% YAPSODY POS Our App install stats definitely back up that statement with our YapScan installs increased by 158%, YapStats by 129%, and Yapsody POS by 77%. Guess our app developers deserve a hike, after all! *they look expectantly* *hands them a beer* WE ARE THE WORLD WE'RE HERE FOR YOU, WHEREVER YOU ARE We are available in 164 markets. Back in 2014, Yapsody only supported the US, UK, and Australia while in 2015, we went ahead to support other European and Asian countries. Who doesn't like Thai food, after all? 2014 2015 WE'LL BE THERE FOR YOU ALWAYS f Our Digital Support now includes Webinar Services along with Email, Chat, and Social Media. In 2015, we extended the Chat Support to include Chat Trigger to help us support our clients proactively. During the same year, we also introduced Webinar Service where we provide continuous training to our Event Presenters on how to go about our system. On benchmarking our Customer Satisfaction score against industry standards, the results showed a progress of 11.18%. We, at Yapsody, believe in providing impeccable customer support services to our Event Presenters as well as Ticket Buyers. REALLY, WHAT DO WE EVEN DO? Events. We Breathe Events. Anybody can register any event on our website if they need an online ticketing platform (though we are a lot more than just that), but the presenters who have marked us as favorites belong to the Entertainment industry, and we're proud of that. After all, amidst all those percentages, what really matters is giving the world a little more happiness. 2015 has been an amazing year for us, and made even more memorable by celebrating it with you.
