The processes are made to be simple and straightforward. CONS CONS There is a lack of documentation. Therefore, you won't be able to see a clear picture of the end product that you are trying to develop. It's risky because you can't make any changes. Therefore, if something goes wrong, chances are you'll have to start all over again. Team commitment is absolutely essential. If your team isn't 100% into the project, you'll have a hard time utilizing Agile. It usually takes a couple of months for the client to start seeing results.
