RUNNING & INJURIES Runners have told us about their injuries, this is what we've learned. MY ASICS Injuries happen, in MY ASICS we've tracked 70 000 of them: 12% of our runners will get hurt and roughly half of them will "run through the pain". We found no correlation Faster, shorter, less frequent runs appear to be the better way to injury-free training. between pace and injuries.
