AT&T and SundaySky Your Next Account Statement: A Video Just for You AT&T SundaySky AT&T was looking for innovative technologies that could improve our customer experience. SundaySky's DynamicVideo™ platform helps create personalized videos based on AT&T asked its Israeli AT&T pre-made templates. Foundry" collaborator, Amdocs, to help identify local companies for potential collaboration and invite them to AT&T Fast Pitch sessions. SundaySky was selected as an AT&T collaborator during a “Fast Pitch" session at the AT&T Foundry" in Ra'anana, Israel. Together, AT&T, Amdocs and SundaySky developed the SimpleView video billing project. Just five months after SundaySky was selected as an AT&T collaborator, the team launched a pilot of SimpleView automated video billing for AT&T U-verse subscribers. Providing video statements to AT&T U-verse customers has led to greater customer understanding of monthly statements, more satisfied customers, and lower volume of calls to AT&T call centers In the future, SimpleView will also allow AT&T to provide personalized videos to educate customers about new product offerings and promotions that are timely and tailored to the customer's needs. AT&T's collaboration with SundaySky through the AT&T Foundry™ demonstrates how quickly a great technology can be fast-tracked to deliver a valuable service for AT&T customers.
