Each generation interacts with social media in different ways so it's important to know who you're targeting. Offer a visible result for their loyalty. 5. Offer snap, exclusive offers. 6. Hit their news feed when they wake up and when they've finished school/college. 7. Generation Z are most active, on Thursdays and Fridays. Tap into subjects they care about as they are more idealistic and vocal about these. 4. They rely on ratings and reviews to make a decision about a company/product. 5. They respond well to relevant, credible content with a unique and artistic approach. 6. Focus on providing added value. So if you plan on targeting either Generation Z or Millennials in your next campaign, make sure you understand your audience and exactly how you can successfully interact with them in the best possible way for your brand.
