In 2010 20% fewer people were victimized (8.1 million) than 2009. There are 960 million Visa and Mastercard cards in circulation (US).2 61% of federal IT managers say there is a "high" threat of cyber attack sometime in the next year. Online spending is growing, and reached $43.4 billion in Q4 2010. Nevada, New Mexico and Louisiana are the top three most dangerous states. Concern around Internet security is growing fastest. The US power grid consists of about 186,000 miles of lines. 23.3% of the nation's 600,513 bridges are structurally deficient.
