In 2010 20% fewer people were victimized (8.1 million) than 2009. There are 960 million Visa and Mastercard cards in circulation (US).2 61% of federal IT managers say there is a "high" threat of cyber attack sometime in the next year. Online spending is growing, and reached $43.4 billion in Q4 2010. Nevada, New Mexico and Louisiana are the top three most dangerous states. Concern around Internet security is growing fastest.
