Update: Thank you designers/viewers. Yes, I know the infographic displays "18,0000" when it should ...
really be "18,000." Additionally, a major error in the windspeed of Category I hurricanes is present. The correct windspeed categories are available here: http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/aboutsshws.php. Thanks to everyone who respectfully let me know of the error.
This was the first infographic I've ever designed, and I'm glad that Visual.ly was able to feature it on the front page. More Sandy infographics to come!
