THE WATCHES OF MADMEN The characters of Mad Men have done more than inspire our imaginations - they have become new fashion icons making vintage styles modern again, especially when it comes to their timepieces. Don Draper was very fond of the Jaeger-LeCoultre Memovox during the first season of the show. The watch was first produced in the 1960s. II 12 I 8 By season two, Don Draper changed his style slightly and went for the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso. The watch first became available in 1931. In season four Don Draper moved onto wearing the Rolex Explorer that was on the market by 1961. Entering season five, Don Draper swapped his timepiece again to the 1966 Omega Seamaster Deville. PAUL KINSEY The Hamilton Electric watch first released in 1957 made an appearance in a season three episode. The watch was worn by account executive Ken Cosgrove. Throughout season five, Pete Campbel wore the Hamilton Sputnik. It was the 1955 edition. In seasons five and six, Roger Sterling donned a Tudor Oyster Prince with a tuxedo dial. The model was first released during the 1950s.
