THE RAIN NEVER Sprinting through a downpour may not appeal to many runners, but running in the rain can be exhilarating exercise. Make sure your wet gear and body dry out and recover properly so you can keep challenging inclement weather. Remove wet or damp clothes immediately after you get home and hang them to dry so they don't get moldy. Take a warm shower or After removing your shoes, take out the insoles and stuff dry off completely. If it was brisk and chilly out, sit with a warm beverage to reheat your core. a few wads of paper towels or newspaper inside to soak up any moisture. Let your shoes dry out completely-it may take a day or two. And whatever you do, don't put them in the dryer, which can ruin them.
