Include who should be in each shot. 2 WEEKS BEFORE • Deliver a list of songs to your DJ or band, including songs you would prefer to be avoided. • Draw up a seating plan, and request that the stationer creates a table plan or escort cards. • Commission the stationer or a calligrapher to create your placement and table cards. • Contact all of your wedding suppliers and confirm the schedule for the day. • Give ceremony and reception site managers a schedule of vendor delivery and setup times, plus contact numbers. Carry out a ceremony rehearsal to ensure that the bridal know where they should be positioned, and when. Confirm your final guest numbers with your venue and caterer, and inform them of any special dietary requirements. Include suppliers such as the photographer, who will need a staff meal. • Book in for Bride and Groom relaxing party spa treatments. 1 WEEK BEFORE • Provide the caterer with the table plan, placement cards and any additional items such as menus to be positioned on the tables. • Have one final phone call with each of your suppliers reconfirming all details of the day.
