How stereotipycal is your job?

HOW STEREOTYPICAL IS YOUR JOB? We asked 178 adults to rate the stereotypicality of each job on a 7-point scale for both male and female workers, 4 indicating neutrality. The results show that even though some are interester in more male-typed jobs, end up not working in them and the desired average hourly wage isn't exactly the same as the average earned hourly wage. The study shows that the average women's minimum interest is in jobs starting at a 3.31 score or a $4.71 hourly wage, and the maximum interest is in jobs scored with 4.7 points or a $13.20 and the average is 4.02 or a $9.05 hourly wage but end up working in places scored from 3.8 or a $7.70 to 4.2 or a $10.15 hourly wage, and the average is a 4.02 score or a $9.05 hourly wage.
