Building and breaking habits is something we've all done, often more than once. When you look closely there's some things you can do to make things easier for yourself. Play with the model, imagining...
different habits you have or would like to have, and see what you'd need to adjust to be more successful.
Just start with four fingers, each one on the score for a different factor, and slowly follow the lines until they meet, and then again until the final two lines meet at the end. Have fun!
