4 Rules of Productivity

4 Rules of Productivity Based on the advice of Reddit user /u/ryans01 Rule #1: No More Zero Days What is a zero day? Doing one exercise rep. Writing one sentence. Reading one page. A zero day is when you don't do a single thing, no matter how small, to work towards your goal or dream. All count towards making your day a non- zero day. Try your hardest to make sure that there are no more zero days in your life. Rule #2: Be Grateful to the 3 Yous There are 3 Yous: Past You Present You Future You Be grateful to your past self for the positive things you have done. Treat your future self as your best friend. Do favours and give to them. Do positive Ihings in ihe present to look out for your future self. Rule #3: Forgive Yourself Forgive your past self when you have made mistakes then strive to do the best for your future self. Being disappoinied in yourself causes you to be less productive. Rule #4: Exercise & Books Daily exercise makes you smarter. Exercise releases endorphins which improve your mood. Exercise helps to clear the mind. Exercise does your future self a huge favour. Every thing we've all ever thought of, or feli, or gone through, or wanted, or wanted to know how to do has been figured out by someone else. The information you need is available in books. Reading gets you to the next level faster. Graphic by Mighty Infographics Based on the advice of Reddit user /u/ryans01 Source: hlips://
