GET THE SALARY YOU WANT FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW 1: Know Your Worth Find out the salary range for the job you're going for, or your current role. Scan related job ads on the internet, or take a look at the Michael Page Salary Centre to get an idea of pay rates based on your sector, location and experience. You'll need to understand how the business is doing so you can negotiate your salary from a well-informed viewpoint.
