The granules usually end up in the gutters, or on the surrounding ground. Look for Buckling Shingles And any other irregularities in the roof texture Âny areas where the roof isn't laying flat can be cause for concern. Sagging or buckling roofs can be due to rot, or excess moisture. Check for Leaks In the attic, garage, and inside the home Signs of water damage usually means the roof is damaged and is in need of repair.
