BC, as well as the highest numbers of alcohol-related mental illness and cancers related to tobacco. In all of these categories men greatly outnumber women. Although many men feel that they are too busy to take time off work or that they have to maintain a "tough guy" image, it is important that all men visit their health care provider occasionally, even if they feel OK.
