Being out of balance means you will either be suffering pain now ... or are likely to suffer with pain soon. Whether it is neck pain, back pain or sciatica, these tests help you to determine tyhe state of your structural system. Use these and show others how to work out if they are in balance or not ... you can potentially save someone from developiong pain. Neck Rotation Turn your head as far towards your shoulder as you can... you should be able to touch your chin to your shoulder easily on both sides... CAN YOU? NO YES Hamstring Stretch Keeping your back straight, stretch by placing your foot on a box, bench or chair. You should be able to reach your toes on each side easily - and both sides should be the same ... CAN YOU? NO YES Hin Flexor Stretch Keeping your back straight, kneel on the ground as shown, then move your trunk forward. You should be able to stretch both sides equally and move forward a good distance without tension... CAN YOU? NO YES One Foot Balance Try standing on one foot with your arms out stretched with your EYES OPEN. You should be able to stand like this for at least a minute and do the same on both feet ... CAN YOU ? NO YES One Foot Balance Challenge Try standing on one foot with your arms out stretched with your EYES CLOSED. You should be able to stand like this for at least a 30 seconds without wobbling and moving about and do the same on both feet ... CAN YOU? NO YES Are YOU In Pain? If you have any pain, no matter if it is neck pain, back pain, sciatica or even leg or foot pain ... this indicates there are muscles and joints not functioning perfectly ... Do YOU Have PAIN?
