Without tobacco, Jason has been able to experience life in a whole new way. Check out the highlights from Jason's summer! What did Jason do during the month of June? 20th Beach bound -64 Hours OFun in the sun hours after your last cigarette, your heart rate and blood Jason has been tobacco-free for 21 days. He took a weekend to hit the beach for some fresh air, warm water and lots of sun. pressure will decrease to near normal ! levels. Bought Tackle Box - $163.52 O Gone fishing 27th Jason has been tobacco-free for nearly a month! With all the money he's saved so far, he bought a new tackle box to use for his fishing trip on the lake. What did Jason do during the month of July? 3 Day Music Festival -72:00:00 11th O Happier mood Jason went to a 3 Day Music Festival! He was excited about going because he listened to some of those bands when he was trying to beat a craving. 3 25th Great doctor visit weeks after quitting tobacco, your OHealthy & happy circulation and lung function begin to improve, making it easier to Jason has been tobacco-free for nearly 2 months! Driving used to be one of his triggers, but now when a craving strikes, he reaches for a piece of gum instead of tobacco. to normal. Nobody's perfect, not even Jason.
