COFFEE COFFEE This "black out in a can" is produced by Phusion Projects LLC in Chicago, Illinois. It mades its debut in the United States market in 2005 LET'SGET LOKO'D! and is now sold in 46 states and in Europe. In 2009, Four Loko ranked 4th in sales growth among alcoholic beverages at 7-Eleven stores in the United States. ELEVEN As quickly as it flew off the shelves, Four Loko became the object of legal, ethical, and health concerns related to it being marketed to college students.
