How to Floss Properly by BramCountry Dental

HOW TO FLOSS Take a floss of the length of your arm. Wrap it around your middle fingers, leaving a few inches between your hands Stretch the thread firmly between your thumbs and forefingers Use your thumbs and forefingers to slide the floss gently between your teeth to the gum line. Slide the floss 2 to 3 times from the base of the gum towards the end of the tooth in a light rubbing motion. Be careful not to push too hard to floss between your teeth. This could suddenly press against the gums and injure them. Make sure to clean both sides of each tooth, not forgetting the backs of the last molars. Wash your hands after flossing, as bacteria in your mouth can come in contact with your hands. Best Dentist in Brampton www.bramcountrydental.com
