Five Stages of Grief
The Five Stages of Grief Denial Your psyche shuts down & you become numb as you cannot fathom the loss. Anger You search to blame someone (even yourself), feel intense guilt, frustration and tend to lash out. Bargaining You believe that there is something you can do to change the reality through bargaining. (what if, if only) Depression You finally realise the inevitable and suffer intense sadness, decreased sleep. It is the appropriate response to a great loss Acceptance You accept & learn to live with it. It is the new norm with which you must learn to live and move forward A Brighter L'le
