DRINKING GAMES: BINGE DRINKING IN DISGUISE Drinking games may seem harmless, fun and exciting, but what if you called them binge drinking? O Binge drinking is defined as about 5 drinks for a man or 4 drinks for a woman in a 2-hour period. Most drinking games focus on VOLUME of drinks in a short time span and it doesn't take much of a competitive spirit to turn an evening's fun into a binge drinking tragedy. The corner man fills the empty shot glass as quickly as possible and the players roll again. The players play 3-minute rounds with a 30-second rest between rounds. Play continues until someone admits defeat or has to use the restroom. The object is to take a shot of beer every minute for an entire hour. BEER PONG You will need one ping pong ball and 12 cups of beer. Arrange 6 cups of beer on each side of a table in a triangle. Divide yourselves into two teams. Each player tries to throw the ping pong ball into the other team's cups. If it lands inside a cup, the opposing team must drink the beer immediately. The team that makes its opponents drink all their beers wins. BEER CHECKERS FLIP CUP Relay race played with two teams and red plastic party cups. Each person must drink the contents of their cup and flip the cup from the edge of the table to the upside-down position before the next team member begins drinking. Play the game of checkers with shot glasses filled with beer, when your shot glass is jumped, you must drink the contents. If it was... DRINK! DRINK! WORD DRINKING GAME Drink! The game is played by someone thinking of a word that's prohibited to say and whoever says it has to take a drink. ANCHOR MAN This game is played with two teams and a pitcher of beer. Each team alternates in play by trying to bounce the quarter into the pitcher. The team that gets the quarter in the pitcher chooses the person to be the "anchor" for the losing team. This team then must pass the pitcher around, each taking a drink from the pitcher. The anchor must go last and finish off the remaining beer.
