YOU SHOULD EAT YOUR PRE-RACE MEAL ABOUT THREE HOURS BEFORE YOU RACE. WEAR SOMETHING NEW THE DAY OF THE RACE DON'T USE NEW SHOES, NEW SHORTS, OR NEW SPORTS BRA. DON'T TRY THE LATEST "SUPER GO0." USE WHAT GOT YOU THERE AND STICK TO YOUR ROUTINE. START TRAINING FOR A MARATHON TWO WEEKS BEFORE YOU RUN IN ORDER TO NOT DIE WHILE RUNNING YOUR FIRST MARATHON, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO RUN 40 MILES A WEEK BEFORE YOU RACE.
