5 5 CASUAL CAUSES OF BACK PAIN SPINAL STENOSIS The narrowing of the spinal nerves are the reason for spine pain. The spinal cord is the bunch of the nerves which passes signal between brain and body. If the spine nerves get narrow it put pressure on the nerves and causes back pain. MUSCLE STRAIN In the gym workouts or in the weight lifting jobs by lifting heavy weights beyond the capabilities, or sudden bend or sudden awkward movement in the body results in muscle strains, stress your lower back, and develop back pain. BAD POSTURE Poor posture is also prone to back pain. If you are doing a sitting job, sitting for a long period of time in the same posture without any body movement puts pressure on the lower back which causes lower back pain. DISC HERNIATION A herniated disc is also called a slipped disc. When a disc herniates or breaks then some of the gelatinous material leaks from inside the disc, that material comes out and irritates the nerves and their surroundings which leads to pain. OSTEOPOROSIS Osteoporosis is a condition in which the spine bone density and quality reduces. This disease is commonly found in old-age people.
