Transatlantic Foods: Chibanzo

What we know to be chickpeas, Americans know to be garbanzo. Garbanzo comes from Spanish. Chickpeas can be used to make falafel, hummus and fritters amongst other things. Chickpeas is too straightforward and garbanzo just seems wrong. Chibanzo, however, strikes a happy medium, so everyone can understand.
