Creating the FACE OF POLLY'S Eddie Sheldrake reached out to a professor at the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena to create Miss Polly SHELDRAKE HE KNEW thought back to his he wanted Miss Polly time playing basketball at UCLA to be warm, welcoming, and happy AT UCLA, he became good friends DUCKY'S WIFE, with track and field Rose, embodied what coach Ducky Drake Sheldrake imagined Polly to be Miss Polly was born! The Evolution of MISS POLLY Initial Sketches of Polly were fairly rough DEAN REAGAN was hired in 1970 as Polly's graphic designer NOW, more than 40 years later, Regan still handles all of Polly's artwork REGAN has helped the face of Polly's evolve over the years MISS POLLY has gone through several different incarnations Although she has chănged, Miss Polly is never without her trademark apron and a friendly smile!
