The Perfect Cup of Hot Cocoa

HOT COCOA Hot cocoa typically consists of chocolate or cocoa powder, milk and sugar. Hot Cocoa generally does not contain cocoa butter while Hot Chocolate does. TEMPERATURE The optimal temperature is between 120° and 140°. Temperatures over 140° could burn your toungue whereas temperatures under 110° might seem tepid.
