PROTEIN *Limit red meat & cheese. Avoid bacon and processed meats. Whole-wheat bread, brown rice, whole-grain pasta. WHOLE 3 - 5 servings per day. GRAINS *Limit refined grains e.g. whité rice and white bread. Eat plenty of fruits of all colors. FRUITS 2 servings per day. WATER HEALTHY OILS Drink 8 8-ounce glasses (2 litres) of water / day. *Drink tea or coffee with little or no sugar. Limit milk / dairy (1-2 servings / day). Avoid sugary drinks (e.g. Čola).
