Brunch Cocktails: Rosemary Sloe Gin Fizz

BRUNCH COCKTAIL SERIES ROSEMARY SLOE GIN FIZZ Sloe gin is not actually a gin, but rather a liquor made with sloes-a fruit in the plum family. The sloe is a very tart fruit, but in the liquor form it works nicely with citrus flavors. INGREDIENTS (SERVES ONE) • 2 oz sloe gin •1 oz limoncello • 2 rosemary sprigs • Club soda DIRECTIONS Strip the leaves from a sprig of rosemary in a cocktail shaker. Add limoncello and muddle gently.
