This will chill the hot coffee instantly. 7 Seal the Boston shaker and shake hard. 8 Remove the crushed ice, grab a Bonzer hawthorne strainer, slowly pour the cocktail into the chiled stemmed glass. Allow the head to liquify and add more accordingly. Sugar Espresso (25 ml) Ice- Sugar Coffee Liqueur (12.5 ml) GLASS The exact history of the Espresso Martini, formerly known as the "Stimulant" is not definite. One theory suggests the drink was first created by cocktail guru Dick Bradsel in 1984; a relatively short history in cocktail terms. Cointreau Lemon (whole) INSTRUCTIONS Gin (37.5 ml) 1 Chill a stemmed V-shaped cocktail glass. 2 Fill your Bonzer Boston glass with ice. 3 Seperate the white from the egg and add to glass. 4 Add 37.5 ml of your favourite gin. 5 Juice a whole lemon into the glass. 6 Add 12.5 ml of Cointreau. 7 Seal the shaker and shake hard. 8 Empty the ice from the cilled cocktail glass. 9 Double strain the boston glass with Bonzer Hawthorne and fine strainers. 10 Garnish with lemon zest and serve a perfect White Lady.
