Working with a network of over 8,500 companies, the organization acts on behalf of its account holders to ensure that distributors and data brokers process and honor these opt-out requests. The Local Search Association and the Association of Directory Publishers, two trade associations for telephone directory publishers, operate an opt-out program for yellow pages telephone directories.
