As land prices rise and regulation increases, polluting factories tend to relocate away from city centers to industrial zones. %3D When planning and expanding cities, governments must promote renewable resources and new technologies. Asian cities will lead in production and export of renewable power generation equipmÄ—nt and electic vehicles. Cities resilient to climate change should be part of urbanization.
