Respondees are selected to be representative of the population. The interviews were conducted mid December 2014. Quantitative video data are from the Arkena Analytics platforms, and complies data and trends across from customers on the Arkena CDN, Arkena OVP and Arkena OTT platforms from the same period as the interviews. Not all customer data are included, as not all represent relevant data. A total of 60 million video views are the base for this index. Where percentages add up to more than 100, those surveyed have had the choice of selecting multiple options.
