CatAcademy Proudly Presents *Three Logical Fallacies * with some explanation Part 2 The "woops, didn't notice it's a one way street" fallacy If A then R therefore EXAMPLE THE AVERAGE HUMAN MAMMAL ACCEPTS: If it rains the streets get wet. The streets are wet. Therefore, it's been raining. Seems REASONABLE to a human. However, the logic is whack. Let's give an example from the world of cats Counter-Example If it rains, the cat gets wet. The cat is wet. Therefore, it has been raining.
