Job security, the economy, finding employment -- these are topics That's What She Said on the minds of many working women. After weathering the economic downturn, women are finally gaining ground in the job market after trailing behind men in 2010. Randstad recently surveyed women nationwide to find out What do women say how they view jobs and the economy. From February 2010 until December 2012, men gained 3.5 million jobs, compared to 1.8 million for women, according to USA Today.
