WORK/LIFE BALANCING ACT Key findings from Mercer's What's Working Survey Mercer's What's Working survey asked 2,400 US employees to share their views on work, including work/life balance. The findings: More than two-thirds say their workload is reasonable and that they are able to maintain a healthy balance between their work and personal lives. MEN MORE OUT OF BALANCE Overall views of work/life balance are more positive. Somewhat surprisingly, more women than men say they can maintain a healthy balance between their work and personal lives.
