Gallup describes them as follows: "Engaged employees work with passion and feel a profound connection to their company. They drive innovation and move the organization forward." COMPANY GROWTH AFFECTS EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT The financial state of a 43% company helps determine the level of 13% employee engagement. When an organization is hiring, 43% of employees are engaged. When an organization is 'letting go', 13% of employees are engaged.
