By adding visual elements, you can add life to boring data and present it like a story. 40% of people will respond better to visual information than plain text. YOU CAN STRENGTHEN YOUR VISUAL LANGUAGE BY COVERING THESE CRUCIAL DESIGN ELEMENTS DATA Use relevant data only and add visual aids such as ANIMATION Communicate using mascots and animations graphs, charts and pictograms. but limit their usage in business presentations. PROPORTION Skewed data is a visual failure so foCUs on the layout & keep the data proportionate. ILLUSTRATION Use it only when it supports data and avoid when it creates more ambiguity. TYPOGRAPHY COMIC ELEMENTS Pick fonts from Never under estimate the power of comic elements. They make boring text look lively. contrasting families and pick legible fonts that communicate the message. CALL-TO-ACTION Use callouts only when key info has to be highlighted but don't be a victim of over-usage. COLOR Avoid using more than 5 colors in a single layout especially when it's a formal business presentation. SOURCES Keep an eye on visual data sharing sources and spread the word uniformly across all platforms.
