Did You Know that BI Can Predict Human Location 80 Weeks into the Future? Recently, the University of Rochester and Microsoft mined a massive set of information BI including 32,000 days of GPS readings, taken from 703 people and 396 vehicles to look for patterns in data and determine the probability that a person would be at a certain place at a certain time. These forecasts looked 80 weeks into the future with 80% accuracy! With business intelligence that is this refined, a company might create an app that would predict when and where your car would be low on gas and where you can find the nearest gas station.
