THE GREAT DIVIDE Key findings from Mercer's What's Working T US Survey Mercer's What's Working survey asked 2,400 US employees to share their views on work. The findings: Rank-and-file workers have a dramatically different – less positive and more skeptical – perspective on their jobs and organizations compared to both managers and senior managers.
