E-invoicing fails to deliver Research commissioned by Tradeshift has found that e-invoicing has largely failed to deliver on its promise. Businesses have been ravaged by the recession 65% are under greater pressure to manage business costs than ever before On average businesses process 421,000 invoices each year Invoicing is having a massive business impact 48% of these invoices have to be scanned or inputted manually. Main reasons for adopting e-invoicing: that's a total of 202,080 invoices. To reduce costs 79% Increase efficiency 77% Strengthen supplier ties 60% E-invoicing could be the solution On average 40 employees hours each week are spent scanning or manually inputting invoices per company Special Price $$$$$ Failed Your Only 12% said their current e-invoicing solution was very satisfactory but e-invoicing has failed to deliver so far.
