Job Description Responsible for all onboard hospitality, ENTERTAINMENT and social events, and acts as the public face of the company. Job Requirements Excellent communication, decision making, and interpersonal skills Minimum of 5 years experience in an upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship, entertainm ent or recreational industry Strong management skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment DUTIES ..-. --- Responsible for the training and counseling of all the staff. Coaches and rehearses performance to ensure that cruise line standards are being met. Ensures that guest entertainment and activities are carefully integrated with all product offerings. Conducts regular meetings with the other heads of departments to review policies and coordinate solutions. Host and acts as Master of Ceremonies at special events, theme parties and functions. Monitors and evaluates guest comments and creates plans for improvements. SALARY $5800 $ 7500 U.S. RANGE per month and up depending on the cru ise line and time served with the company.
