The Entrepreneurial Spirit Self-employed workers are 15% less likely to experience burnout. 15% Control Freaks 44% of workers with "a lot" of control their current position and 53% of those with "complete" control are totally satisfied with their jobs. 53% 44% o o o Don't Bank on Vacation Considering the entire data set, vacation time had no relationship with job satis- faction or burnout. In fact, there were just as many satisfied workers who hadn't had a vacation in 12+ months as those who had within the past three months.
