City of Suffolk 24 Hour Company Meeting with City of Suffolk (Per Product) Develop Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) Determines: • Product Scope • Themes • Time lines Includes transparent accounting of all costs and corresponding scheduling assumptions based on our 20-years of experience in metrics-based estimating. 24HC meets with the appropriate stakeholders ROM Resources needed • Potential vendors needed to implement (such as printing signage) • Anticipated budget for the product (i.e., trifold brochure, web redesign, or other) 2 Days After Meeting, ROM Emailed |for Approval Requirements BC.M ROM Approved ImP Create Implementation Plan (ImP) • Conduct all suitable research as needed • Create a thorough plan driven by the product needs that clearly identifies: -All milestones/key review dates -All resources required Integrate with the original proposed schedule and assumptions in the ROM • Identify tracking methods for keeping on budget and identifying project success Product-driven Approach This approach will be used for all specific requirements so that the City is getting the quality it wants at the price and timeline it expects.
