College Enrolments in Canada Men vs Women Hooper Problem... Women enroll in College more then Men in Canada The gap between genders has grown larger in Canadian Colleges in the last five years. Women are out numbering men in most of the provinces as well as an overall average. Men's college enrolments are still on the rise but women have increased by far more. By having male mentoring groups to encourage young males to aim for College education and pay closer attention to the male candidates. 02/03 Women also outnumber men in receiving Diplomas, Degrees and Certificates. 2Show both genders there is an equal access to opportunities in the Colleges and in the workfield. This will not only help women be encouraged that they can do the same type of careers as men but it will also let men know they are just as capable and smart to graduate and succeed.
