Can you STOP a PANICATTACK? Panic attacks are usually harmless, but can be a terrifying and frightening ordeal. Around 1 in 70 people in the UK are affected by panic disorder at some point in their lives. 1 in 10 people suffer from occasional panic attacks caused by stressful events.
