According to an ANA survey, agencies and their clients are less than satisfied with how the creative process works. Only 36% of agencies report satisfaction with the approval process. And when it comes to writing good briefs, only 27% of agencies report that their clients’ briefs are well done. Both stats underscore the need for better communication.
