Bipolar Disorder - Self Screening Test

BIPOLAR DISORDER SELF SCREENING TEST This is a SCREENING test. It checks for possible symptoms that may require follow up with a medical expert. It does not provide a diagnosis. Do you experience intense mood swings? Do you sometimes have extreme "ups" as well as extreme"downs"?
